One of my better flea market finds as of recently was a bitchin hardback filled with images of Kurt Cobain's notebooks. Someone gathered Kurt's scribble filled notebooks, scanned them in, and made a book out it. I'm sure they're making and heaps of money now. And why shouldn't they? This stuff is inspirational gold; redneck cartoons, record label rants, friendly apologies, legendary lyrics, random doodles, and all sorts of other sincere thoughts from the conscience of generation nevermind's reluctant hero. It's assuring to read that Kurt, like many of us, felt outcasted and overlooked. His sincerity remains the heart of inspiration for many including myself.
